One of the knives from this thread.
I suspect 99% of what you need to know is in the thread so please have a look.

In short this is a very special knife, I don't think you'll see another and I don't know of anyone else making them, especially to this calibre.

I did all the blade work, handles were turned by a mate in Sheffield, checkered by professional gunstock *checkerer Craig Petty, part of the ethos of these SMK collab projects is to bring in and utilise professional services who do things the way they would have been done when the originals of these historic knives were made.

We made 16 of these knives and this is the last one for sale, it is still for sale because I held it back in order to offer it here, I'll leave it a day or so, if it doesn't sell here it will on the socials.

It is priced at £275 plus about a tenner of postage to the UK, overseas is fine at cost.

£275 is a steal for the work that has gone into this, through my workshop as a Stuart Mitchell project it would more likely be £500, but this is a labour of love that as they say, 'wipes its ar$e'.

Branded as SMK on the guard, SMK we like to think stands for Sheffield Military Knives, this is SMK #011.

Here a few progress and WIP shots as well as photos of the knife at the end.

* checkerer - not sure if this is a thing?

Stuart is there any left? I’ll take one.
I am terribly sorry but this one sold around 20 minutes ago, I just arrived here to update the thread now, sorry.

That said I have one reserved in the workshop for a gent who wanted to collect, he’s now gone very quiet, if that doesn't come off I will drop you a line with first refusal, is that OK?
