Love this kit the Advert was a tad misleading though once you add the vat etc they seem to cost just the same as i paid not long back
Brilliant kit though i have the greenland smock and two pairs of the pants very tough and waterproof

On jackets I'm a 44" chest for a suit jacket but always order 2" larger for smocks and coats to take in a base layer. I did that with the shooterking jacket I have and is spot on and I have done the same with the smock I have just ordered (not arrived yet.)

I'm a 36" waist and their 36" version trousers fit perfectly.

Seems a common theme! I’ve messaged on Facebook as well now. Really annoys me how these supposed large outfits operate. Paid with PayPal so if no answer I’ll go through that route.

I’ve ordered a few items from both Vagor and Shooterking in these recent sales. I’ve found them very communicative and a pleasure to deal with.

The vagor order turned up without a jacket, which I guess was a bit annoying but I emailed them, it was chalked up to stock issues and a full refund had already been processed, received within 48 hours, so can’t fault that.

The trousers didn’t fit. Again, emailed them, sent back and they have now been exchanged.

A friend had a pair of Vagor rock trousers rip at the seam and he was sent a new pair without having to return the others, so he now has two pairs for £40 and the originals are repairable.

A big thumbs up from me! Saved me a fortune

Part orders are pretty common, probably is - what they have in stock in the UK Vs what they need to order from HQ in Eastern Europe.

Me too re contact but, I would imagine they have been inundated during the clearance sale.

I’m going to contact PayPal and get money back. Appalling customer service and I’ll make sure everyone knows how crap they are! Shame as the kit looks decent. Really annoys me how they have such a presence yet treat customers so badly.
