Shooterking Heads Up

I took delivery of a smock and two pairs of trousers today, my fourth delivery from either Vagor or Shooterking over the past few weeks (some exchanges). It hasn’t been a perfect experience but certainly good enough given the prices and volume they must have been handling, plus the kit seems excellent, especially the easag smock. Very happy!

I’ve had the same email, offered a refund or wait till Friday I said I’ll wait. Will see what happens I guess.
The email explains the issues they are facing and staff trying to sort by working overtime etc. at least I’ve had a response now. Got caught out a few years ago by a similar thing and lost out on almost 200 quid so I’m wary when things go like this!

Got the package and it had a smock as ordered, the venatu trousers, size 34 are apparently out of stock and I will be getting a refund in a few days!
Had an email explaining this this afternoon as well, the smock was the main item so alls good as long as my refund goes through.

I ordered on 5 September (trousers and a jacket). Jacket on its way but I can have refund on the trousers if I want.
No thanks, i’ll happily wait.
Surely with modern computerised stock control they know how many trousers they have and how many they have actually sold?
Seems to be a bit of a shambles….. To be honest it was only the trousers I was really after. 🙄.
Doubt I’ll bother with this lot again.

Ordered trousers and a jacket on Sunday, both arrived today - both going straight back

You get what you pay for and I suspect they’ve cut costs and are trying to ride on a few early reviews when the materials were good.

Vantue 2 jacket and trousers or something like that - if I were you I’d avoid, money will be better spent on Seeland, deerhunter or harkilla

Based on others experience I’m expecting a terrible returns process

I got the fleece, no trousers.... refunded as soon as I asked when they might turn up... I think I'll just buy in person in the future, at least you can see what you're getting.

I ordered a smock around 10am one day. It turned up the next day by DPD....can't fault the service.
Doesn't seem very consistent.

On the other hand think of all the retailers that have the same items in stock, that probably cost more trade than Shooterking is selling them for on their website.

Heard the pulsar importers have been ****ing off a few shops with this practice too!

I've been wearing their jacket and trousers for a year with no issues, @Selous two years or more. This includes lots of hard work crawling in the high hills.

Trousers arrived and I’m impressed. Almost too warm for the current weather and walking through heavy woodland but great quality and a nice fit.

Been trying to get a warranty replacement, repair or refund on a leaky Shooterking product since February 2022. I wouldn't **** on the company if they were on fire.
Finally got a refund from the retailer yesterday. They clearly weren't going to sort anything out and hoped I would go away. Over an hours drive to their shop and being firmly told I had heard enough of their lies did the trick. So all in all, a retailer and a supplier who will fob off customers until it becomes impossible.
Shower of shite.
