In the process of purchasing a house which has an outbuilding which will be converted into a home office. I’m allowed a reloading bench at one end as long as it looks presentable - so my current kitchen worktop second screwed to some homemade legs made from off cut timber isn’t going to cut it apparently! So show me what you’ve got for inspiration please!!

If you are right handed work from left to right. You also need to mount the press with room for the press handle to clear your knees. So room for fired cases (and the bullets to be loaded) to the left of the press. Room to the right of the press for the finished cartridges.I used an old desk and the drawers (there were three) held sundries in the top drawer then in the next drawers down boxed die sets with always enough room in the uppermost of those two drawers for the die set and its box currently being used.

I have no pic, I use a desk from the local campground they gave it away, and another desk given to me as well, a 4 drawer cabinet with a 2 drawer one close. 2 wheeled carts for other reasons and lastly a 4 drawer old computer file cabinet. If I could work in the house I would work L shaped with 4x4 framework and 3/4 inch ply bench top. My desk flexes some when using the press no problems. I have seen lighter desks be lifted when the expander ball comes out of the case. Ridged and heavy work well.

I already load for my .410 shotty so decided to make a dedicated room inside my workshop, it was cheaper to buy a garden shed and raise it on a plinth (I am a tall bugger) than it was to build in wood, I have one side for shotgun and one side for rifle.

I spent 40 years working all over the world on good wage rates so I would buy projectiles as and when, now I have enough for three lifetimes of reloading but it saves me going to the shops.
Then the lead free future raises it"s ugly head.

It's okay Bravarianbrit. You can convert your lead projectiles to non lead. Just like you can convert from an omnivore to a vegan.
