I wonder if enyone can help me with a recipe, its my favourite brake fast sausage when i am stalking in scottland.
It has many names, lhorn sausage-squere sausage-sliced sausage.

uSE A BREAD TIN AT FIRST LINE WITH GREASE PROOF PAPER MAKE YOUR MIX STICKY AND USE ICE WATER, THEN FORCE IN TO THE TIN AND PACK IT TIGHT FISTING IT TIME AND TIME AGAIN (DONT GET EXCITED LADYS) WHEN IT IS REAL TIGHT BACK IN THE FRIDGE OR I FREEZE SLIGHTLY AND CUT WHILE CLOSE TO FROZEN. bEST OF LUCK.

If you have a burger press and cellophane discs already why not just use venison & the scobies direct mix and make Lorne sausage "burgers"

Nobody said it has to be square .... & I'm guessing that if like me you have the kit already it would be easier / quicker ?

I'm awa to order scobies Lorne sausage mix and try it

Anyone tried it on minced rabbit ., for rabbit Lorne / slicey ?
