I thought if u had large game u didnae need the small game as it covered both.
Like u say it's only really handling the game in a proper way and making sure u idetified and recognised every bird
was fit and healthy afore it was shot and put in game cart.
I take it it is compulsory to have it if selling birds to game dealers? If so ur game dealer might be able to advise, also if ur only selling hawked rabbits i'm sure the individual game dealer would give u an answer if he wants them and wot price he will pay (possibly same as shotgunned?)
I wouldn't have thought u'd get very big bags off rabbits while hawking to make it worth ur while taking them to a dealer
I seen last part answered about all shoots needing someone with small game ticket, i know a few shoots that sell game and they only have there large game certs
