Speeding and wrong info = FAC Revocation and Seizure

The requirement to provide the same information every time you fill in the FAC renewal seems a bit over the top,. Once you have declared everything to begin with at the grant stage, "Nothing since last renewal" (if applicable) should suffice.

I do remember It was the same with security vetting paperwork though, where you had to declare all manner of things and any convictions/offences/cautions were only one part of what they wanted to know. It was well worth printing off the completed online form just before pressing the Submit button and keeping it in the file, just so you could remember everything you had put the last time.

The worst I had to fill in was the Russian visa application - pages and pages of very detailed info required. The hardest question was along the lines of "please provide details of all foreign countries visited during the last 10 years, including dates"! My wife and I cobbled together some type of response by looking through our phones for anything that looked like a photo taken overseas and working out where and when it was. Needless to say, we have kept the print-out of the visa application form, just in case we feel like going back (assuming Putin doesn't press the button on the Crimea invasion and set off WW3!).
Just be sure to mention the visit on your next renewal,
