303British Well-Known Member Apr 7, 2026 #9 25 years! Surprised you have not had case head separation. PPU reloads well, have a look at annealing, it resizes much better. Don't forget to let us know how the next batch fares in 2051.

303British Well-Known Member Apr 7, 2026 #11 Each time you fire the brass is steadily pushed forward, that is what you are trimming off, ultimately the walls of the case will become thinner. But as you only trimmed them for 25 years they may be OK.
