Just wanted to call out the great service I had from sportdog. I purchases one of their e-collars a few weeks ago from Britishdog.net all was going well until about a week ago where the collar just didn't seem to be stimulating my dog Major. Where as when we first started to use it visible queues were present I.e. ear movement as I only had it on low.
I called sportdog and they are sending out a whole new unit without the requirement of sending anything back or off to prove what the issue was.
Great customer service and just want you want!
