the GRS thing is out of his control the importer only places an order once a year.
As probably the other leadtime issues on the other items. Not his fault. And no email however assertive or otherwise is going to make a jot of difference in escalating anything.

She rang me back few days later to confirm my part for die was rite job done 👍

Some time back (see my previous post)I kept a record if all.my calls to this retailer. It amounted to over a dozen abd "when" it was answered it was from an agency who informed me my call would've returned.

Maybe I should have bought an old Bakerlite phone if they seemed to get through.
Nah! Forget it , he lost my money and from years back that's runs into a considerable amount.
 
i find spud very good , i've used him for years from his humble beginnings to the major business he is now

he is very hands on and very busy , sometimes he forgets to call you back so may i suggest that rather than sit staring at the phone waiting for him to remember to call you back just pick it up and give him another call to find out whats going on?

I have found him faultless and Amber to be excellent also. They really go the extra mile in the customer service front.

I would agree. Perhaps those of you that experience problems need to look a bit closer to home.

I’ve always had excellent service to rival that of Reloading Solutions who is also excellent.

Everything I've mail-ordered has arrived.
I sometimes call in to pick bits up. TBF, they are very helpful, but it's a little bit "random", just like the website!
We spent a fair amount of time talking about barrels & tuners last time.

I've used you on and off for years spud but having waited a few months now for stuff that was 4-6 weeks is extremely irritating. Dies ordered, told next week. 6 weeks later after loads of chasing.

Other stuff ordered, told 4-6 weeks, now out of stock, no answer on when they're gonna be in, can't confirm how long. Marvellous. Missed out on stocked items to order everything from 1 Shop only to bite me on the arse. I've not had issues with you guys not answering to be fair but the goal posts moving all the time really ****es me off. If I've been told 4 weeks and I've paid for it, I want it at 4 weeks. Not months later,.then to be told no stock and no idea when!

I totally agree I just wish the Americans would do what they said they would do as well. It’s frustrsting
