Hank shaw arora/ arura squirrel, not sure on spelling. Need a few for a meal, back legs and saddle.
Plenty of info on skinning from the tail on you tube.
If you get enough they make a good sausage

Roll them in flour ( back legs) and fry them, kentucky fried squirrel.

You want some good teeth
For quick cleaning of the squirrels
For eating them, I like this method.
Perfectly legal as long as you close off end to stop non target species entering tunnel
