Stand-up cleaning station

I need to create a stand-up cleaning station in my workspace
The layout of the room means that I will need a gun vice on a free-standing collapsible stand - something like the £££ Tipton Standing Ultra Gun Vise
Thinking laterally ... the base looks a lot like the (much cheaper) table saw stand from Screwfix
Has anyone made their own portable, floor standing setup ?

I've got a similar chop saw stand and it would make an ideal foldable table, especially if you screwed a piece of plywood to the table saw clamps. It is a stable platform and would support a gun and the necessary movement for cleaning.

The only issue I can see is that the height of it would be awkward for most people. Too high to sit at with a chair and too low to stand at and work comfortably without bending over excessively.

I have a rolling table from ikea, model BROR.
Use my tipton cleaning stand on that.

I guess some sort of an adjustable vise and a little ingenuity could make something just as good or better.

If moving it around is a possibility then that could do?

The plastic style trestles that generally come in a pair are plenty sturdy. They come up cheap on marketplace & you could screw or zip tie a plastic tabletop vice to it??

As a space, these are kinda good.
Drawers for dies and tools, lower space for bigger items including brass and press etc and can clear the top and use for cleaning barrels etc.

I use my tripod with arca. Simple and sturdy. With rifles without a rail I use a saddle clamp. I really like the fact it’s completely portable, doesn’t take up any room and I can position the rifle exactly where I need
