I'm a bit disappointed with you , I did say to book me in on the 08-10-15, I also sent you a message, to which you replied, yes there is one place left and to phone you. I phoned you and now its all booked, I understand its a first serve booking system, but don't send message saying, yes there is one place left and then no, it gives an unprofessional impression....rant over.

Herbert did not send the message to you I did (his wife) he cannot even switch the computer on and anyway he was away, so in future may be you want to rant at me. There was a place left but you never said for definite you wanted it. Get your facts straight next time.
