I have different coloured paint scrapes on my bull bar and rear bar from `tards that cant park. I saw this Ferret and thought "ah yes"
its fully registered to drive in Australia.

Not long ago I was shunted from behind whilst stationary at a pedestrian crossing. The vehicle was one of those miniature 'granny wagons' with wheels like something from Lego. There was quite a bang. I climbed out and saw the front of said granny wagon crumpled completely. Bonnet bent, grill missing and various fluids dribbling out onto the road. Fearing the worst I looked at the back of my Freelander....

I made sure the old dear was OK then wiped the paint flecks off my towball. She hadn't even wiped the dirt off my back bumper !

I very often vent angrily when trying to exit a vehicle after parking in their “Bays”, firstly after tipping swmbo out, reckon they were using Hobbit.com to put the lines in, I can’t imagine the verbals from anyone driving ow’t of a USA sized make.

Reminds me of an incident that happened whilst transporting bridesmaids from a ceremony to the reception 30 or so years ago.

Driving a Disco 1 manual at the time, pulled up as last car in a queue at a junction onto a main road, foot on clutch & in 1st gear ready to pull away. Loud bank, car lurched & first thoughts were clutch has gone & its stalled, as I couldn't see anyone behind me in the rear view mirror. Then checked side mirrors & realised there was a car behind me & a little stream of fluid running across the road. Got out & walked to the back to be met by a bloke shouting at me "why did you bloody stop!" - to which I replied there were cars in front of me waiting to pull out. His car was a Citreon BX, one of those plastic & fiberglass jobbies & it was a bit of a mess to say the least. I was a bit miffed as he'd smashed the little red reflector that was in the cover over the tow ball, but other than that all was good.

had a sheila reverse into my rear Hayman Reese type tow bar. I had the ball/tongue out as thieves like them and the resulting 'female' socket punched this delightfully square hole into the rear of her black BMW boot lid. (Hilux high,BMW low)

On my hilux I had an extended one. The BMW put black paint on it.
