Bob go to the first page on this thread and click on the link to pay it will direct you to pay pal and when that come up it will ask you pay via PayPal or with a debit card and choose debit card enter detail and away you go that's the way I did it.

Edit- it will take you to another SD page scroll down to supporter and select either 3 months or every 3 months select one and press order then on pay pal page.
