Suspended Gralloch With Quad Sticks

I normally do a suspended gralloch when possible. It's mainly for, muntjac and a few fallows. I have used my quad sticks on the odd occasions for Roe and Muntjac.
(No, all of the trees were on the other side of the fence and not on my permission)

No, as long as the stick is vertical it's fine.

I've seen the Spartan Sentinel tripod used for a stand alone suspended gralloch before

I use the tallest fence post thats handy with a short piece of rope with two loops one on each end slipped over the leg joint the rope needs to be around ten inches and tie a single overhand knot in the middle this stops it rolling off the stump only used it for roe but usually gives enough clearance and before all the do it on the ground brigade turn up its not an option when your backs knackered and the knees arent much better

Haha yes I was generalising but assuming the the fence in the op pick is the boundary then he’s out of bounds or I’m I being pedantic.

As I said, no trees as that would have been my first choice and wouldn't have needed to be told that . The fence is the boundary and yes you are being pedantic if you think that the other land owner would complain about that.

I carry min 2 S hooks, given what the latest vipers cost me I would find a tree, fence or ground!
