If it’s a Nova ie gloss blued steel it’s easy enough to do yourself. Disassemble according to the instructions (if you still have the paperwork in the box) in a dry room. Use an inner tube to get the objective lense unscrewed.
Get the tube re-blued taking extra care not to get blasting media in the threads. Reassemble again in a dry room
If you are concerned about nitrogen purging etc don’t be - there isn’t a molecule left in a 30 year old scope.
I did mine like this in 2006 and it’s not missed a beat since

Approx 4 years ago I had my Habicht Nova refurbished at Swarovski. Almost £187 ! And not retubed as they never touched the body hardly !
