I lost one of my lens covers yesterday so contacted Swarovski today about buying a new one and a new pair are in the post free of charge. Superb service.
E-mailed Swarovski on Sunday 10-30 pm got a reply Monday morning asking the serial on the bins. E-mailed it to them and I Got my 10x42 caps FREE OF CHARGE on the Wednesday now that's what I call service don't you think?
