Post on here if you find them please that looks neat and I could do with one when skinningI really like these for hang deer in the chiller, can’t for the life of me remember where I got them though and after some more - does anyone recognise them and could point me in the right direction please?
Each to his own and no criticism, but I’ve always found it easier to skin deer off a fixed, non-swivelling hook, my reason is there seems to be less movement of the carcass overall, permitting a steadier ‘go’ at it on the admittedly few occasions when the knife is actually needed to touch off the usual sticking parts as I skin.Post on here if you find them please that looks neat and I could do with one when skinning
Funny I get annoyed that mine doesn't spin enough when I skin themEach to his own and no criticism, but I’ve always found it easier to skin deer off a fixed, non-swivelling hook, my reason is there seems to be less movement of the carcass overall, permitting a steadier ‘go’ at it on the admittedly few occasions when the knife is actually needed to touch off the usual sticking parts as I skin.
What's that joint like for keeping clean?
That’s similar, but I’m really after a gambrel style to get them hanging by the hocks.
Thank you, unfortunately they don’t seem to have it.AES will almost certainly have something similar in stainless. Yours looks like chromed mild steel.

Have you spoken to them directly? They carry way more types/designs of stock than is ever shown on their website. Speak to Kyle, if you haven't already?Thank you, unfortunately they don’t seem to have it.
