Anyone have one of these? If so what do you use it for? Just curious to see how I can justify one other than I really want one …

In referring to it as a 'tactical tomahawk' I would suggest you're making it very difficult to justify:
Tactical - "Of or relating to combat tactics"

My suggestion would be it is just another axe, being employed as a chopping axe for light kindling. If you then happen to throw it within the confines of your own property that's your prerogative.

If you were stopped by police carrying it within a vehicle or was it stored in an accessible place within your property should they visit however, I would suspect it may be a different conversation.

Thanks, I was thinking more as an alternative to a machet for bushcraft and clearing rather than edc but I see where you are coming from. Lots of references to using them to fielddress game

I have a SOG voodoo hawk and it is an absolute beast, I use it the same way I'd use my granfors SFA in terms of bushcraft and carving, massive difference being the voodoo has a glass-reinforced nylon handle which makes it impervious to the elements.
