Well done on your 10k mate, I can still remember when I took up running, walking for 10 mins then running for 10 minutes back to walking, even a year ago the challange looked impossible, but I thought other have done it so can I, so just got on with it, the body can do amazing things with training, it is mostly our mind that lets it down.
