From late September to mid-February, in Spain, we have "monterías" all over the country every weekend. They take place in almost every village (in my hometown for instance, there are at least three driven hunts per season). The prices are highly variable depending on the conditions and characteristics of the hunting. On one hand, you can hunt in a fenced farm where all the game has been bred in so called optimal conditions. The organisers guarantee that you are going to shoot due to the high density of animals and usually there are big trophies. These are the expensive ones, worth thousands of euros. I, personally, strongly disapprove these huntings with "seeded" game. I have never been in one and I have no interest at all. On the other hand, you can hunt in wild open areas and in the mountains in natural reserves or in public lands managed by the local governments or by hunter associations. Here nothing is guaranteed and while some of these "monterías" are great others are extremely anodyne. But certainly they are very authentic experiences. They include breakfast and lunch prepared with very traditional dishes. You can pay from 70€ up to 350€ depending on the area. Some territories have better densities of game than others and there are differences in the species you can shoot: wild boars (always present), red deers, fallow deers or mouflons. In Castilla y León sometimes is allowed to shoot wolves. If anybody is interested in any specifics, just PM me and it will be a pleasure to help. I used to go to a lot of monterías in the past but nowadays I just mainly stalk.
