The good old 22lr.

J500app - To be fair, it looks better than what I had pictured in my head. Although it looks a bit bulky and awkward for my liking.
I've got a L/H Cz 452 anyway, so was just asking for a pic out of curiosity.

Fair play to you for making things work

Can I call it the coat hanger bolt mod?
Is that a gear knob off a 2CV...
Anyway, I remember that for when my right eye is totally totaled.

50 years ago when I made the modification i needed to keep the rifle shouldered between shots to maintain my view through the scope,it dramatically increased my rate of fire and numbers shot.At the time L/H rifles were like hens teeth.
Absolutely. Years ago we just got on with it.
Today they think it's smart to just buy a solution. Looks neatly done 👍.

I also have a R/H Bruno .22 a great bunny basher.I have converted mine to L/H.If you bend a length of M8 bar to come from the hollow bolt knob verticaly and then a right angle bend over your scope, add plastic knob works perfectly. When you have the right shape formed secure with a roll pin in original bolt knob
Show us a picture please. You sound a fella I can identify with.

I have a LH CZ 452, and it is a great rifle. I have it zeroed at 100m so I can practice off sticks, and it is very accurate with good ammo.

After pretty much every possible LH .22, I've settled on a 1416, and see them in the UK second hand market for crazy low prices.
