Jess is looking for squirrels constantly. Lives for them.No shortage of game or variety in your patch SD. Jess looks as if she's on to something. That male pheasant...it's a whole bundle of trout flies just waiting to be tied.

Fox then geeseYou won't go hungry with a levergun.
Stalked some pinks.

Post in thread 'SHOOTING ON A SUNDAY IN ENGLAND AND WALES' SHOOTING ON A SUNDAY IN ENGLAND AND WALES
Threatened how?Went out got a few pigeons shot with steel shot for a friend's hawk and also got threatened by a dog walker who was trespassing on private land, good morning apart from that.

I actually really enjoy sniping a few pheasants with the .22, good fun & less damage. Got to say also how much I enjoy using my new 20 bore, its a joy, wish I made the switch years ago from my old 12 bore.Out before dawn on a long ol' walkabout with my Winchester.
Seen close to a thousand pink feet come in to stubble. Watched them coming from miles out. Awesome sound and spectacle.
Shot a few squirrels and sniped a cock bird for a meal.
Winchester model 94's have been putting food on the table for over 130years now!

Absolutely, it's harder if anything!I actually really enjoy sniping a few pheasants with the .22, good fun & less damage. Got to say also how much I enjoy using my new 20 bore, its a joy, wish I made the switch years ago from my old 12 bore.

Is that woodie from this year? haven't seen one yet, should be over with the last moon but usually a precursor of bad weather to come. I shoot just the one every year, as I love to see them but enjoy eating them too. It annoys me to see them hanging in butchers shops for sale, at a pittance, eat what you shoot!Absolutely, it's harder if anything!
I've only ever owned two 20g cartridge guns. A Remington 870 and it was very good and a Franchi 820. They were very good. Oh no I forgot, and a Baikal single.
