I have operated on this area for a number of years, through a good friend who is the lease holder. Before this his father. It is situated in the highlands of Scotland, about 65 miles north of Inverness. I have managed to discuss access to the area for ONLY SD MEMBERS DURING THE HIND SEASON ONLY. This is unguided.
Accommodation , meals and transport would be up to the individual or group, nearest places are Brora and Lairg. Although Air BB maybe found nearer. Groups of up to 4 stalkers can be taken. Some high seats are on site.
A booking fee payable to the SD site is £50.00 per person.
Fees are £100 per hind. This does not include the carcass, which can be purchased at game dealer rate.
This is the first time this site has offered such an opportunity, and we will see how it progresses. This gives people the chance to experience highland hunting for Red and Sika deer in an outstanding area which is remote.
Dates are to be confirmed when a request is put into me on the site. Some bookings are already in place. Dates are confirmed once booking payment is received. A booking confirmation will be issued with full details.
DETAILS.

9. The cost is £100 per animal taken, there are no outing fees. Carcass is retained by the estate, but can be purchased at gamedealers rate. The kill fees are payable to the estate prior to departure in cash or bank transfer.
10. You will need to sign a disclaimer. Any accident that befalls you or your equipment is entirely down to you and no one else.
11. On booking a date/s you will receive full instructions of the area, and contact details of my friend, who lives adjacent to the area.
12. There is extraction machinery that can only be used by my friend.
13. There is a small larder and prep area outside the stalking area, where all deer must be returned to. All animals must be tagged by the stalker, with their Level 1 number and signed.
14. There is a 100yd range for stalkers to zero in before stalking. Lead bullets are to be used, no copper.
If anyone requires further information, please call me or PM me for any other details I have missed.
Thank you.
