The Wellies are Dead . . . .

Listen to me me now very carefully Woodsmoke.

I asked about a pair of wellies, please don't bring my nationality into this as it has no bearing on the discussion and I have no interest in engaging in an argument with you or anyone else about where I was born. But as a matter of record Woodsmoke, I am very proud of where I am from, I am proud of my heritage.
Yours in sport,
Fair Hill.

Long Live the Wellies!

Had to admit defeat and finally replace my wellies after six years of almost daily wear! For the last year, the inners have been down to the rubber, and the resultant squeaking meant I was sneaking up on nobody

Funning aside though, this will now be my third pair of Aigle Parcours and I can't recommend them highly enough. They've been used on shoots, for stalking, mucking-out, jobs around the yard, walking the dogs, and a fair few trips around Tesco too . . . They've been shin-deep in mud, horse crap, and freezing water (sometimes all three together), and the only reason I've bought new ones is because they've finally given up the ghost. They were still in daily use until a few days ago, and I honestly hadn't realised just how worn out they'd become until I put the new ones on and remembered how utterly bloody comfortable they are!

If you're looking for a decent pair of wellies, I reckon you'll be hard-pushed to find better!

Seven years and still absolutely no sign of giving up yet. So much so, I bought the Mrs a pair and I'm rather jealous of hers as they are lovely and clean. Mine just look slightly weathered. For the price you cannot grumble. £20 or so quid a year you cannot go wrong.

I wear these daily and in easy going while stalking a lot tool. Most comfortable, easy on/off,great foot bed and insulation.
For the bloke on the land they are very very good.

There is no need to make this point, nobody cares where I am from, or my heritage. I am here and now and will be judged on what I say - if I care to take notice of the responses.
You need to learn how to 'pass by on the other side' in this world. I thought the joke quite funny but simply because it was a joke - thats all.

Frankly, I'm furious.

I demand that you and your f'kin' best mates at Aigle publish their sizing protocols without further delay.

Capiche, Woody?

I bought 3 pairs of the original leather lined LeCham Chasseurs before they went downhill. Now on my 2nd pair after 15y and i don't think i will live long enough to use pair No3.

I had a pair of these for work around 14 years or so ago, they are, without any doubt, the best and most comfortable boot I have ever had or worn. They only started to leak a bit last shooting season.

If anybody disagrees with me, I will come around and nip your scrotum with my leatherman.

Ps. If your spare pair are a 9, I will give you £20 for them now..........As a Devonian, that is generous.

Unfortunately they do not do any large foot sizes or not that I can find anyway. If they did them in a 15 / 16 I would buy a pair.

Hi TBH4. Went onto the aigle.com website, as my wife needs new wellies, and they do up to size 50 (15uk). You'd have to pay full price mind you but 60 days return available if they don't fit. ATB
