I recently became aware of the book in the title.
The Gentleman who wrote it eventually decided that hunting with a rifle/shotgun wasn’t challenging enough. He decided to hunt large game in India with a dog and a knife (made by Wilkinson of the razor fame).
This book is available in print in the UK from various outlets. However here is a (legal) link to a free download. I expect a few members will be interested.
