I wolf whistle my workmates on a daily basis. Usually when we are getting showered at the end of the shift, I often receive one in return too. I think we all kind of like it.
Having had this conversation a few years ago with my sister in law and a couple of her friends, they were of the opinion that the odd wolf whistle was fine and seen as a compliment and bit of a confidence boost. Maybe not if it was all the time, but each to their own.
I certainly don’t think it needs to become law, if a lady doesn’t like it, she can ignore it or confront the Whistler. Or maybe whistle back
