Thermal add on advice

Afternoon fellas will front mounted thermal add ons work with S and B 8 x 56? if so what's on the market that people advise?

Numerous threads on here about front add ons. Concensus is don't bother.

I would say go find one and try it out, but the 8 x would be to much mag and pixel the screen image, as a thermal goes on the front, there’s lots on here saying they hate them, others love them and some in the middle.

Iv got pard 007 with ir torch works well might be a step back with thermal perhaps? Different rifles and scope BTW to avoid confusion

Used pulsar core , then krypton now buying a Krypton 2 , never had any worries !

Too much magnification -the image will be badly pixellated and you won't see any of the on screen icons - like the one that tells you when the thermal is going to calibrate
Don't waste your money

None of the boar or foxes I've shot have complained and can see all the icons perfectly !

Enables you to use your dayscope and then convert when needed !

I had the zeiss front Clip on with a v8. Great at low mag worked well used it virtually everyday

Iv got a zeiss v4 that goes down too 4 sounds like it would work better than 8 x 56

Will work better with lower magnification scope.
Nowhere near as good as a dedicated
Depends on your needs and money.
