Thermos cleaning?

Domestos
Two or three drops in a flask full of water (hot), leave it overnight, rinse out the following morning, job done.

Miltons fluid (the stuff they use to sterilise baby bottles) if it's fresh. If, as usually happens, the flask gets forgotten in the boot of the car and goes slightly green, then saturated bicarb solution made with boiling water, left to soak with the lid on for a day or two, well rinsed and then a day or so with milton sorts them out. If I'm putting a flask away for a while I always put a spoon of bicarb in it before I put the lid on, helps to stop them getting that "sat in the cupboard for months" smell and taint. Just rinse well before use.

Knowing the inside of your car (and what could be lurking in there) you must be an expert :D

Munty, boiling water, shake it up, empty and soak with more boiling water and steradent tabs...half to a flask and then rinse again...sorted, Iain.
