I got it on Amazon. It's not cheap, but easily attainable in the US.Agreed, flash hole deburring is a waste of time.
Sounds like you have a good source of lanolin, avoiding the ammo smelling like a sheep pen.

Thats all good until your drive fluffs up LOLI do all my sh it on an Excel file as I had used it lots before I retired.
It really works for me, notebooks get lost, well mine always did.
Plus you can add whatever you like as per cases make used, how many times fired, powder grain loads, which powder etc the list is endless, anal me.
I backup the whole PC onto a spare external drive every 3 months.Thats all good until your drive fluffs up LOL
Either works but the important thing is being able to reference.
Your garage may not be an ideal place to reload and store your new equipment as you have described it.no cars in it no, and when i say heated i actually mean iv got a big diesel space heater that i put on when im in there doing stuff and it cold,
I use google drive, that way my data spreadsheet is also on my phone.I backup the whole PC onto a spare external drive every 3 months.
I am not good enough to get into learning how to operate that one as well.I use google drive, that way my data spreadsheet is also on my phone.
Essentially you use it like any other folder on your computer, but it backs up to the cloud.I am not good enough to get into learning how to operate that one as well.
id thought of that mate, i was at lest going to keep the primers and powder indoors, i may even commandeer one of the spare bedrooms and just do it all in thereYour garage may not be an ideal place to reload and store your new equipment as you have described it.
Cold is not ideal, a space heater produces wet heat, and you will have a flame source. Dampness kills any tools over time, I'd be inclined to store your new reloading gear indoors and take it into the garage as and when... same with powders & primers.
Enjoy the journey though, it's a great branch of our hobby.
all that is beyond me I'm afraid, I'm strictly a pen and paper man, i see word and excel stuff like that as womens workI do all my sh it on an Excel file as I had used it lots before I retired.

I must now identify as a woman then?all that is beyond me I'm afraid, I'm strictly a pen and paper man, i see word and excel stuff like that as womens work![]()

i take it primers are in short supply in some areas, as iv heard this before, if thats the case ill go buy as many as i can tomorrowI take it you've got primers, if not, you may well need to put your plans on hold for a while, maybe a few years !!
i need a wet tumbler but im struggling to want to pay over £200 for a spinning drinks bottle with a airfix motor on it, but i cant see a way round it![]()
ordered them yesterdayConsider using dry sizing wax by imperial. It’s cleaner than case lube and if you tumble your brass after resizing it also cleans off the wax! A tin lasts for years. Get a powder funnel or three as well
what does the ultrasonic do that the tumbler doesn't, its not so much shiny brass but i thought it easier to see any faults in the brass if its cleanIf you must have one , Amazon- rock tumbler/polisher and buy the pins separately from wherever .
Then when you realise that shiny brass doesn't make your ammunition more accurate , you'll have saved enough money to buy an ultrasonic![]()
