Had this today top work for pulsar and Thomas jacks..
“ We have received your Pulsar Axion Key XM22 back from the manufacturer and we have checked over the device and confirmed that the device is now working correctly.

As the issue was related to water ingress, Pulsar have not deemed this repair to be under warranty. There is some good news though, they have repaired your device free of charge.

As Pulsar have not charged us for the repair of this device, we will not be charging you and will waive the previously quoted price. Your device will be returned to you and should be back with you by the end of the week.

If you have any questions regarding this, then please let me know.”

How odd! The Axion has an IPX7 rating. A quick Google tells me "The IPX7 rating means that the [device] is waterproof when submersed in water at a depth of one meter, for 30 minutes. Unless you require a [device] that needs to be underwater for more than half an hour, a [device] with this rating should meet your needs"
Did you tell TJ's that you'd taken your Axion diving? If not, I'd have thought water ingress was a warranty matter. (Time for a read of my Pulsar warranties, perhaps!)

Only experience of pulsar warranty was breaking the battery clip on my xq23v and they replaced it foc despite being an older model.
Having the key 30 this " waterproof " issue makes me wonder if someone has moved the goalposts .
I too thought they were waterproof 🤔

Gotta say that after a lot of wrangling with them over a faulty Digisight-Ultra N450, they did admit it had a fault, ( wouldn't hold zero ) they replaced it with a new unit, although the new unit didn't have a full warranty, it only continued with the warranty from the original unit!
PS the new unit started playing up 4 months later :banghead:
