Bought and used some of Tongmaster’s “Premium” Venison and Juniper seasoning.

Way too strong, very strange taste.

Eatable when sausages are cold but not great hot.

Anybody else had similar experience ?

Same with the Weschenfelder mixes. As a general rule I'd halve whatever quantity they're recommending.

Yes. Even halving (or less) the Tongmaster mix I found them a weird taste and never going to use them again.

I have used some of their other mixes. Didn’t find them strong enough and of course they have preservative **** in them. I am just going to mix my own there aren’t many key ingredients if you take out the preservatives and stuff that has to be added to bread
