My certificate was up for renewal 15/09/2025 my renewal letter arrived 16 weeks earlier, I had already contacted my doctor for my medical report. So within 2 weeks of receiving my renewal my application had been submitted all done on line, 2 weeks ago received telephone call from FLO and appointment was made for last Monday.
He arrived on time we went through all serial numbers and checked safes, asked about the monitored alarm system spoke with my partner and daughter without me being there so all done in about 1hr.
