What do you think of the T1 for sharpening hunting knives?

What do you think of the T1 for sharpening hunting knives?

I have a T1 and used it yesterday to sharpen a couple of hunting knives. 6 to 10 swipes each side and they were able to cut paper.

The diamond stone is quite a fine grit so if you wanted to say regrind an edge or sharpen a very blunt knife then I don't think it would be suitable, or it might take a while to do. Perhaps look at the Tormek T4 Bushcraft.

Tormek are aiming the T1 at the kitchen knife market but like I said it sharpens hunting knives as well in my experience.

I should add that I am far from an expert but there are loads of videos on Tormek products on line.
