Vacancy: Trainee Stalker opportunity

I have the opportunity for two young energetic individuals to join our wildlife management business. The ideal candidates will hold a driving license, FAC, an ATV Certificate of competence and DSC1. They will have some experience of deer carcass handling and ATV and general machinery operation. My intention is to give two young individuals a platform from which to start a career in the world of deer stalking and wildlife management. My intention would be to offer training and qualifications and a small remuneration package in return for some hard work over a three year period. At which point the individual could take full employment within my business or be well equipped to apply for jobs within the sector. Over the three year period the successful candidates would be trained and involved with duties such as, gralloching deer, extraction of deer, density surveys, lardering, night shooting assistant, dog training and handling, rifle shooting and general vermin control. The positions would seem ideally suited to land based college graduates. Opportunity seems to be based in Scottish Borders so the need to upsticks and find accommodation could be a consideration, OP originally joined SD in 2018 so not a newcomer although no real posting activity.
