Trousers for brambles

I found these to be pretty good beating on warmer days and summer in brambles

It took me a moment to realise by ‘pants’ you meant trousers. When I started to read it I thought that this thread was taking a rather dark turn!
Yes, that was just an English mistake on my part, when English is not a native language, we here in Denmark are influenced by the language in all the American films/series that are constantly playing on our television.

Thanks for some good answers, I have ordered a pair of trousers which to me look like good sturdy all-season trousers.
With Pellet Pinger's recommendation combined with that price, that purchase can't go all to wrong.
In Decathlon's EU store they are called:

Solognac Hose Renfort 540 strapazierfähig

I'm actually tempted to buy a pair Bushwear Thornguard Pro Leggins for autumn driven hunts, they look very thorn-proof.

Any self respecting man’s man will be in short shorts from April to October so what you need are leather chaps
True Story: I once took a pair of Musto chaps to be stitched up on the seam onto a little tailors in Horseferry Rd. The little Chinese lady seamstress (English not being her first language to be fair) looked at the ‘chaps’ looked at me - looked at the chaos looked back at me and burst into fits of hysterical laughter. I think she must have thought that I was into some sort of sexual midget / cowboy stuff. Did a good repair in the end though……..

Apologies, in British English ‘pants’ would commonly mean underwear rather than trousers. And the, albeit fleeting, image of anyone reinforcing their underwear with leather to enable them to smash through heavy bush without bodily injury was somewhat concerning.
ah ha I see the cause for consternation....

albeit fleeting,
Are ye sure it was 'fleeting' ha ha ha.
