Hi Everyone
I just thought I'd share this to try and help some other members of the forum.
Last night I need to submit a licence variation and decided to try and use Thames Valley's electronic submission via the web. All was going well until I got to the section which requires you to upload a copy of your licence, including table 2, and the file must be less than 5mb in size and in .jpg or jpeg format. Further more you don't seem to be able to upload multiple files.
I really struggled to find any way to get my licence in to this format, no idea why a .PDF couldn't be used or allowing a file to be uploaded for each page of your licence. In the end I used the Layout App from Instagram which allows you to bring multiple photo's together in to a single .JPEG
Has anyone else found a better way to upload their licence for electronic variations?
