And apparently the hair is a good way to combat worms in dogs? I'm told it scrapes them out of the gut?Very good for teeth as my vet says every 6 month check. A fresh one every other day. My little Hell Hound opens the fetlock and draws out the big sinew in first five minutes.
I don't know about that, but it certainly makes their crap easier to clean up.And apparently the hair is a good way to combat worms in dogs? I'm told it scrapes them out of the gut?

Freeze them.Im hoping to pick up a few of these myself next weekend with a little luck!
Weve been buying them dried for the gsp until now. Does anyone have any tips on getting them to keep without putting them in the oven to dry and getting on the wrong side of the wife![]()

I get £130 each for mine.
The "old way" is to use the brain of the animal. I've done a couple and they come out great. Google will give you proper instructions but it's not too difficult.Do you use k-tan? Or is there something more cost effective?
I have considered this and have the brain in the freezer. But since the animal in question is hoggett, I believe its brain is technically “specified risk material” so am skeptical about putting it in my domestic blenderThe "old way" is to use the brain of the animal.
