This is something we have weekly in our house. Im sure we all have burgers in oyr freezer, I fi d using them so much easier for things like this, chilli, spag bol lasagne etc
Basically it's venison burger in creamy mushroom sauce.
Plenty of paprika and a good spoon full of mustard, stock and cream. Top with fried mushrooms and lardons.

We use a lot of venison mince too. I’ll happily feed an entire fallow through the mincer, retaining only the fillets as cuts. Your recipe sounds a little like a stroganoff sauce over the steak, very tasty I’m sure.

I have substituted all my beef mince for venison in most of what we eat.
Yes very similar to a stroganoff sauce, or you could do meat balls with mash then its very similar to the Ikea sweedish meatball dish.
