Another burger variation for you guys, bit of a different taste to this one though.
500G Minced Venison
500G Minced Pork
1 1/2 TSP Ground Coriander Seeds
1/4 TSP Ground Cloves
1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
25G Breadcrumbs
Salt/Pepper to taste.
Mix the lot together, divide into 8 equal portions, flatten into patties and slap it on the BRB.
Use whichever relishes you wish, tastes great we had some friends round yesterday evening and they loved them. The pork content keeps the venison very moist and I found no need to use any oil in the cooking process. ENJOY>
