Vinyl Friday

Saddened to hear in january of the passing of Celia Humphris of Trees. Two rather obscure psych folk albums & then disappeared. Celia went to live in France, strange fact she became the voice heard on London underground tubes, , a rather witchy lady with a lovely voice, Glad to see in recent times that their albums received the recognition that they deserved, & that she got to hear of it. RIP Celia.

I like these sort of threads, I'm a music lover I have preferences, but I'm open minded to everything

and have always believed in what Duke Ellington said,

"There are simply two kinds of music, good music and the other kind ... the only yardstick by which the result should be judged is simply that of how it sounds. If it sounds good it's successful; if it doesn't it has failed."

Nice I've never heard of Trees saved it to a playlist. I always liked Pentangle and Jethro Tull.
