The cover should have read "Ayers-Cale-Halsall-Eno-Nico" but then Ollie did spend most of his life willingly playing second fiddle to Kevin's projects. In fact Eno made a point in a post card to me that Ollie Halsall was never of Band Leader material which at the time I found rather cruel but as we all know Brian Eno's head for buisness is never less than his capacity for producing fine music.
