Want an EV pick up ?

They have a couple at the Maxus dealer (practical van hire) in Perth I think… was tempted to go have a test drive of one sometime soon!

As an Estate pick up doing ten or twenty miles a day on estate tracks, I think they would be useful.
agree with this - estate puts in EV point at larder/stables and stalkers house.

Charges in evening, charges when working, out on hill what max 30/40 k per day?

Stalker also issued with fiat 500 for run to the shops!?

If I’m getting a EV Pick up it’d have to be one of these

I was surprised to see the Maxus only comes in at a curb weight of 2300kg just 300kg more than a Ranger according to a site I looked at, either way electric isn't the future only a stop gap, just look at the sodden great mines frantically looking for Lithium, on the other hand however JCB (along with a Germany) are on the right track -

That truck the Bamford and Harry were driving about at the end of the video?
If you'd looked in the back it would be just one big hydrogen tank 🙂

Cheers

Was looking at a Ford F550 now that's what I call a pickup. Shame that we don't even get access to these out here in the UK.

I did toy with getting one of these last year instead of my Invincible X Then thought about parking in Waitrose and gave up on the idea
