Yup I'm afraid it comes down to that I you can collect and pay £3/kg you can have all mine !
I think the going rate up this way is £2.80 a kilo from game dealers

Jees its simple business you want the venison you offer a price per kg. Perhaps a more business like response would be to outline what price you are offering per species or is it so low you can't say publicly?

To he honest I was thinking the same, if your wanting to buy carcasses myself and a few others locally can certainly supply a healthy number of roe on a regular basis. . . But like everything else in life it depends on the price being paid.
