water in my t8 mod help please!!!

Papaerwork  just look on the end of the moderator:- The P8 is pretty substantial:- and I am not over keen on moderators but some places insist on their use so I bought one.

unfortunately I've got a bad back at the moment and the mod is in the safe in the loft so easier to check the filing cabinet;-)

job done...
thanks for all the advice guys.
baked the mod in the oven and once dry gave it a good squirt of wd40 and left it to dry out again.
took the gun to the range today and believe it or not, it is still bang on..... 1/2" group an inch high at 100yds.. delighted.

Are you all mental? Whilst water in the barrel is bad water in the mod will be blown out in the first shot - u should have stuck it on ur gun being careful to point it level or down and had a shot... Problem solved.

A mod doesn't present the sane issues as a bare barrel if fouled. Lots of info online if in doubt.

Early mods were designed to be 'run wet' as the water cools the gasses quickly making the mod more effective.
Yeah, I thought it seemed daft too, so I tried it with my northstar and it does make a noticeable difference, but only for a few shots.
