Waterproof and warm gloves

Can anyone recommend some gloves for the frosty winter mornings that will keep my hands dry and warm while retaining the dexterity to use the trigger and cycle the bolt?

Also on the lookout as mine probably will not go another winter.

Considerations at present are Laksen Moscows and Swedteam have a new Ultr Dry gloves. Looks toasty and dry and without a stupid velcro wrist tab but on the bulky side maybe.

I like close fitting leather gloves but despite not feeling the cold much, I still get a bit chilly in sub zero temps when out foxing at night.

There does not seem to be the perfect glove out there. Compromises abound.

Search fleabay for soldier 95 gloves or copies. Leather, gore Tex and about 20 quid. Cut one of the fingers off if you want to shoot with them.

Laksen Moscows are the best ive owned.

Think ive done 3 game seasons and a ton of stalking and still holding up well.

As mentioned above, Sealskinz Hunter gloves are great. Don't get the folding finger version as they are thin enough not to need it.

I've lost 2 pairs now though so make do without gloves.
