Weaknesses

Pheasant jerky.
I've recently found out that I'm a jerky junky.
I'd wanted to make some Pheasant jerky for a while , purely out of curiosity. I turned the breast and leg meat from 12 birds into jerky on Sunday, and I reckon I've eaten four birds already . I can't walk past the fridge without grabbing some.
I thought I'd made enough to last a year , but it turns out I've only made enough to last three weeks.
