Fonseca crusted is my port for port sake drop.
This may take some time. Women who look like Nastassja Kinski, Griffin engined Supermarine Spitfires, the English Electric Lightning, Alison Goldfrapp and her tunes, castles, really good cask conditioned ale, high definition imagery of the cosmos, leopards, great glass, cars that balance and corner well when squeezing the throttle with just the right amount of light excess, spending convivial time in taverns with good company, eating your English cheeses and pork pies, wanting to go to Italy, having far too good a time in Italy....

Bread - definitely ......not the factory made stuff, proper bread.......going to France is a nightmare as you get drawn into the boulangeries.....

Good, anciently aged cheddar - you know, the stuff that has the crispy crystals in it.
A proper, homemade real ale/caramelised onion chutney.
Well aged tawny port
The last thing, I expect I'll get some form of a ribbing from someone- the company of my wife with all of the above!
