Weird Kidney

I had a phone call this morning from a farmer who had a heifer break its leg so went over and sorted for him. Gralloched and skinned and put in the chiller. All fine internally, except one kidney. The other kidney was fine. Was going to the abbitoir next week. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Normal Bovine kidney, dice up and add to 3lb diced stewing steak.
